Jennifer R. McCoy Just keep writing! For me, the hardest thing (obviously since I'm just now getting around to answering your two year old question) is keeping up with the social media aspect being a full-time teacher. Sadly, our education system keeps teachers even more busy with paperwork since the pandemic, and after spending 70-80 hours a week with work, it is VERY hard for me to find the energy to keep up with social media. I try to run promotions and sales on my books during holidays, since that's when I have time off from work. This summer I'm determined to finish my last book in my Greek mythology trilogy (to make it a trilogy officially) so I'm also taking it upon myself to update all my social media pages. I'd say if you have a friend who loves social media stuff, see if you can recruit them to help you out by posting things, join groups (I use Facebook) to share out news about your writing (lots of indie writers/publishing groups out there). But just keep writing no matter what.
