Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Sharon Ervin I live in McAlester, Oklahoma, home of the state's maximum security prison. When a man on death row, scheduled for execution, had an abscessed tooth, it had to be fixed, immediately. When another had tonsillitis, there was another furor. Schedule to die, a prisoner must be in top physical condition. Pictures indicated these guys often are in prime shape, physically. Obviously, they work out. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually, they might be warped, but why throw out the baby with the bathwater? They could be ideal organ donors. A lethal injection destroys viable organs. Writers' imaginations carry them into strange places. With this information, mine produced JINGO STREET. It is women's fiction, not exactly a romance.
