Why does it take so long to get the audiobooks out? Some authors/ narrators have the audios out within a few weeks or months after the book.

Michael Chatfield I have little control over when the audiobooks come out. I hand off the manuscript to the narrator as soon as I can and then once they have the manuscript narrated I can upload it. I try to do everything I can to get it out on time and to a high quality!
