I find inspiration everywhere. Some of my most recent manuscripts have been inspired by pictures, social media, and a random science fact I learned from a TV show.
As far as sitting down to actually write each day, I often force myself to pull my computer out, with a grim look on my face, fearing the worst. I set myself a word goal for the day and start writing, finding the words flowing once I get started.
