Hello SR! I am a big fan of yours, and I just want to thank you for writing Gabriel's inferno series, it is just a masterpiece! Me relating to both Gabriel and Julianne made me understand myself more. But I wanted to ask, would we get more books of the series? And by the way, what inspired you to write such a story and relate it to academic professions and Italian literature? Thank you so much again for your writings
Sylvain Reynard
Hello Rim,
Thanks very much.
In the Gabriel Series I wanted to retell the story of Dante and Beatrice in a contemporary setting. Dante was extremely erudite, so I thought it made sense for Gabriel to be a professor. I may write a fifth book in the series, although I'm writing something else at the moment. All the best and thanks for reading, SR.

I love every book that you have ever written and own them ALL. I understand you are in the process of another novel, please hurry up, I am holding my breath and am unable to do that for very long. Hope your holidays are packed with happyness. When do you think your book will be on the market?

Hello Sylvain. I've just finished reading Dante's Inferno, a profound trip for any human being. Among the characters mentioned there I've noticed the presence of mythological creatures. Maybe Ulysses and Achilles were real persons, but it's difficult to accept that the Cerberus existed. I've listened to some lectures on Dante but found nothing. What is your opinion on Dante's decision to do it?

Hello SR! First of all, congratulations on the success of The Shadow with its release last week. I have to say, this book is my favourite in the Florentine Series to date! My question is, when you get an idea for a story, do you work out how the story will end before you even start writing? Where do you start writing, at the very first chapter, the middle, the end? Congrats again & best wishes, Susie from Oz :)
