I initially wrote a blog post called "All Dogs Go to Kevin" in 2009, after my dog Emmett died. I knew when I hit publish on that post that if I ever wrote a book, that would be the title.
When Emmett died, my two year old misunderstood when I said that the dog went to heaven and asked, "Who's Kevin?" The rest is history.
