How do you take feedback from the readers and incorporate in your writing?

Gs. Subbu Over the last four years, the comments I received on the various posts in my blog have helped me understand how the readers view my writings. I can say I have evolved as a writer in the process. I understand that once you put your writings on a public domain whether on a blog or in a book, you wait to see how you have connected with the reader. I view feedback as an essential component when it comes to style or in the way I communicate, but not the thought process. Thanks Pankaj
