Hi Holly. Do you have any special ways you plan your stories, or do you let them "happen" as they go on? I'm a writer too, and I tend to do both of those things.

Holly Brown Yes, a mix of those two approaches works well for me, too. I plan the overall arc, and then as I go, I'm making notes for about 3 - 4 chapters ahead. Then within individual scenes, I'm allowing for surprises (which might mean changing the notes for those next 3 - 4 chapters.)
