Uh, hi. I'm from another reality where you take over the world. And I need you to answer this question so that I can go back in time and stop you. (Don't ask me how I know, it isn't very interesting and I'd probably spend about 45 years in prison.) But, if you were to go back in time and create a franchise that already exists now, what would you make? (You can change anything as long as the core concept is the same.)

Probably Ghostbusters, only I'd get rid of the angle of them having sci-fi technology to fight the ghosts since it never made sense for them to have it with their limited resources (it was probably left over from an earlier version of Aykroyd's script, which took place in outer space, believe it or not) and it creates this weird theme of "private technology versus evil environmental regulators" which doesn't belong there anyway. I also don't know anything about New York so I guess I'd have to change the setting to someplace more like where I'm from.

the moment i started reading JDATE is pretty memorable for me cause it happen after really long and hard trip on acid with my friends, when we sat in front of hospital we lived next to. And at the very beginning of reading that book the question come to my mind, have You ever experienced with any psychedelics, or were the psychedelic topics any inspiration for You?

I've always been such a fan of your work; from your Cracked articles to your novels (I just preordered "What the Hell Did I Just Read"). Your writing style is so down-to-earth and topical of my generation. It's all so inspired. If I sent you my personal copy of "John Dies at the End" with a return package, would you sign it for me? It'd be an honor. If not, regardless, I'm writing to thank you so much for your work.
