What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Alexander Vayle I've always needed a creative outlet. Ideas build up in my head until they become truly distracting. Being a writer is a tremendous release, not just for those ideas, but also for stress, frustration, and every other negative emotion that comes with daily life. Writing bleeds it all out, even uses the negativity for its own purpose. When I come back from the keyboard, I feel unburdened and refreshed.
