What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Sharon Bazant When I was a young teenager living in a peaceful farm community one of our neighbours shot and killed his wife and children and then killed himself. This family was fairly new to the community and didn’t mix with others much. To this day no one has ever been able to understand why this happened. At the time it was a terrible shock. I have used this incident as inspiration for my next book.
