What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Pamela McCord A few months ago, my sister and I went to the memorial park to take flowers to our parents. As we were leaving, I said out loud that I hoped Mom liked the wind chimes we'd bought for her and were hanging in a tree nearby. I told her how lovely they were and that they made a nice tinkly sound. Then I said that if she had any messages for us she could tell our friend "Marie" (I changed her name for privacy). My sister and I laughed about saying that as we left the park. A few hours later, Marie called to say she'd had a visit from our parents and that my mom mentioned a wind chime. My sister and I live in California, and Marie is on the East Coast. Marie does have some psychic abilities and has previously mentioned that our parents were around us, but this time it was so specific!
