Kim Kelly Hi Penelope. No stupid questions here! No, I didn't know there was ever a band called Elbow - I'll have to look them up! Dan's band is a completely fictional Sydney band, concocted of dozens of bands in the mid-80s.

How have you escaped my attention? I don't usually check out who 'likes' my reviews but I am ever so glad I did so this morning as I have just booked two of your books from the library to read. I think I am keeping abreast of OZ literature - especially women authors but I had not come across your work and I love historical fiction. Will keep my eyes open for the new one coming.
