Hi Robyn,
I'm great—hope you are as well. I'm working on the next Book Retreat right now. It'll be Book Retreat #8 and it called Murder on the Poet's Path. I turn it in on January 1st and the finished version usually comes out between 6-9 months of the turn-in date. I just saw the cover last week and it's lovely. As soon as I know the exact pub date, I'll update my Facebook page and try to add a post here. Right now, the only date I'm sure of is the release date of the next Secret, Book, and Scone mystery, which comes out the end of April 2022. Thanks for getting your mom hooked. I love that because my mom and I have been swapping books for as long as I can remember. Happy reading to you both and may you have a warm and joyous holiday season. xoxo Ellery

I loved The Book of Candlelight! This series is so interesting - I loved everything about this book. Though I was a little disappointed about Pat & Lou :) . I'd assumed from the beginning that they were a couple, and when Nora brought up the question I realized that we didn't really know. I'm curious - why did you choose to make them best friends rather than partners?
