On Helping Parents Heal, a nonprofit that I began one week after my son Morgan passed at the Base Camp of Mt Everest in Tibet of severe altitude sickness while on a college exchange program. HPH now has over 20,000 members in our FB group and 130 Affiliate Groups throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand. Our group differs from other bereavement groups because we believe in a connection with our children in spirit, and we believe that it is possible to heal after the passing of a child.
