Just finished _Saabrina and had a pretty good time with it. As a five-time repeat offender SAAB owner, Saabrina's lineage resonated strongly - if I found out some day that there existed a heavily-armed sentient autonomous car capable of FTL, my first thought would surely be 'I'll bet it's a SAAB'. I'm wondering if you've reached out to the SAAB community? Are there copies in the SAAB museum gift shop in Trollhättan?

I am reading the first book in the series, and I am having a problem with your intent. At times it seems to be a parody of the sf genre, but other times it feels like you are writing a serious work. I sometimes see what I think might be really subtle jokes going on, like the whole thing about a space faring race wearing chainmail armor, which does nothing to protect them in a battle. Am I missing something?
