How do you get inspired to write?

Paulette Williams My inspiration grew over the years, from multiple friends and family members telling me constantly "Wow, your life story is amazing, you most certainly should write about the things you've endured and overcome". So, once I retired, I went for the gusto, and haven't looked back. I will say this though, I don't know much about the book writing world and how to properly navigate and maneuver, so I didn't promote either of my books properly; causing them to lie dormant for years. But, I earnestly believe I'm back in stride again 😜
