Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Cynthia Zayn After dealing with the untimely deaths of my sister and my son, I learned coping methods that helped me with my grieving process... and because I wanted to share those methods with others dealing with the loss of a loved one, I wrote "Finding the Rest: A Guide to Discovering Emotional Peace Amid the Turmoil."
