Believe it or not, I had the idea when I was about 15 years old - 38 years ago. It began with the simple idea of a wicked child, but as I try to do with my plots, I wanted to stay well away from all the usual tired old cliches - and after about five entire plot changes I think I've done it, but I can't tell you any more than that!
