Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

John Vandusen LESSON 1 was written based on notes I kept on my desktop after working full-time for the Michigan Army National Guard. Notes on how different organizations conducted meetings, briefings, and approached leadership. I combined those lessons with my teaching (Middle School) and coaching (High School) experiences.
