Ammar Al Naaimi Hi Alhusain, hope you're well. Publishing a book in Oman requires going on the Ministry of Information Injaaz portal and submitting a request, including a PDF of the book for them to review. If you're printing in english, I recommend going indie and paying for the printing yourself. Printing can be done at a number of printing houses like Oman Printing Press and Muscat Printing Press.
