I push through as best I can. I have a "day job" and that plus life only leaves me maybe 1 hour in the morning and maybe 1 hour in the evening, so I'm rarely in the position of having to slog for hours and hours. But that 1 hour is valuable, so I push through even if the words aren't really coming.
