Hello Joy so pleased & excited to hear there be more Jackman & Evans read them all & almost finished reading all the Nikki Galena . I am falling in love with the characters & enjoy Seeing the development of their relationship especially with Nikki & Joe Easter I find the story lines quite exciting I hate to put the book down. But I'm afraid I'm not a fan of Matt Ballard. Do you have favorite characters?

Hi Mary, really pleased that you are enjoying the books so much. For me the characters are my friends, so choosing a favourite isn't easy. I honestly cannot choose between them, especially as writing the different series, I have a different feel for each individual. Nikki will always be close to my heart as she was the first to be published, and she's such fun to portray. Then again I love Jackman and Marie, especially Marie, having been a motorcycle rider myself in the past! Sorry about Matt, but if you persevere, as he leaves the force and becomes a private investigator, the whole atmosphere of the books changes. Oddly they are top sellers, probably because the later ones are more like stand alone novels with a greater accent on all the characters involved, and not just a murder team. Hope you continue to enjoy them x

Hi Joy, I‘m just listening (again ;-)) to Solace House in expectation of the new book released next week. I just love them all. Audible doesn‘t say if RA is reading it as well…. I’m reading here, he might not. Is he? Or isn‘t he? - I cannot imagine listening to the well loved characters with somebody else performing them… I‘d like to pre-order, but it‘ll be the book if RA is not reading the audio book. THX
