How do you get inspired to write?

Kara Jaynes Anything and everything inspires me. Eating a snow cone in Hawaii inspired an idea (lol, it didn't go anywhere, in case you're wondering). Playing with my kids will spark ideas. Going to the museum, reading a book, listening to a song, drawing a picture, basically anything and everything. It can get overwhelming at times, because my brain has a hard time turning off that creative side of it.
