Final book of the Beacon Trilogy & also starting a new series of short stories with the title "A Clueless Vampire in Asia". It about a sassy succubus known as pontianak playing guide to a would-be missionary bitten by a vampire bat just ahead of boarding the steamer ship from Calais to Saigon, but got stranded in Penang sometime in the 1800s.
