Got an email saying the new Miami nights books is available today 2/14, but Amazon says 4/11. Has is changed?

Yes, it was moved to 4/11 and will be available on AppleBooks, Nook, Kobo and Google as a preorder and then for April 11, 12 and 13 before it moves into Kindle Unlimited. You can also preorder for Kindle like usual.
