Maureen Walker asked Andrew Cunningham:

I've just finished reading Yestertime which I enjoyed but found a bit confusing at times. It interested me that Ray & Natalie settled in Saxmundham which is just a few miles down the A12 from where I live! I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series. In your opinion what are the chances that one day we may bump into someone from the future?

Andrew Cunningham Hi Maureen. I spent a summer in Saxmundham when I was in my teens (a long time ago!), which is why I used it. Fond memories! As to your question: time travel is a fun piece of speculation, but I don't see myself meeting someone from the future. That said, the universe is so expansive, and there is so much we don't know--and probably will never know--about it, that I'm of the opinion that just about anything could happen that is beyond our comprehension. Could time portals exist? I suppose it's possible.
