I have been working on this book since 2010, took me long enough, but in January 2014 I went into seclusion for four days and lay out the book by just writing what was in my head and in my notes. I have for many years felt I had a book inside of me, regardless of the marketability, I just had to be and get disciplined to start, finish and publish it. Now I have.
