Fer Angeles asked Rick Riordan:

I love your books so much, they got me trough middle school and now I'm excited to see how the trio deals with college stuff in the chalice of the gods. I wanted to ask if you've heard of the headcannon of aromantic leo and what do you think about it?

Rick Riordan Haven't heard of that one before. I am happy for readers to head cannon anything they like, but it makes more sense if there is evidence to support that idea in the books. Personally, I have a hard time seeing Leo as aro based on how he acts, talks and thinks in the books, unless he is deep in denial. I suppose you could argue that, but it seems like a stretch. Still, what I might say about this or that opinion after the fact is not relevant, nor does it make any one interpretation more true than any other. The only canon is what is written in the books, so interpret away. Just be able to back up your opinion with evidence! (Yes, I was an English teacher. I like examples.)
