What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Mark Cheverton The best thing about being a writer was a surprise to me. When you read a book, you get immersed in the story and feel like you are really watching events happen, but when you are writing it, you are so much more immersed, because you know the entire backstory of the characters, that you feel like you are living the story, like you're really there. Its incredibly exciting.
