Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Christine Rose The idea for my most recent book (the first one in a decade!) came because I lived it. Writing “One Reason to Live” helped me process trauma and loss as I learned tool to help cope with C-PTSD and grief. Later, revising and polishing it over the years, reliving some of the worst days of my life, was strangely healing. Cathartic. Each time I revised it, I cried less.

Nearly 8 years since I started with scribblings and voice notes to myself!
