Goodreads asked Elizabeth Delisi:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Elizabeth Delisi Several options seem to work best. Reading a good book can help, making sure it's in a different genre than what you're writing in so there's no overlap. It can fire you up about good writing in general.

Try writing something different than what you're currently working on. This works particularly well if you write something totally different from usual. For example, write a nonfiction article about traveling to France, instead of your usual romantic suspense novel.

Sometimes the only thing to do is to bust ahead. Pick up your wip where you left off, and start writing. Doesn't matter if it's good writing, bad writing, or a grocery list, just so long as you're writing.

One of these suggestions usually works!
