You are creating something special all by yourself, and if you are really fortunate, people will respond to your creation. You're working for yourself and you call all the shots. If you're working with indie publishing companies, most of the time, you welcome their feedback and suggestions, but ultimately, you are still the one with the last word. Being a writer is therapeutic, creative and fun. I'd love to do it full time :)
