Hi Michael! Big fan of your work here! By the way, I bought the audiobook of The Riyria Chronicles Death of Dulgath, and I'm on chapter 7 now. I can't stop thinking about the piano song you used in that chapter! Do you happen to know the name of the track? It's been stuck in my head for days now. PS: The part I'm referring to is around 48:19 - 50:40 in the audiobook.

It's the full-cast audio version with sound effects and music and such. That was created by the people at Graphic Audio, so I"m sorry but I can't help you regarding what song was used there. But I'm glad you liked it.

I've been dipping my toe into writing. I'm wondering if you could offer some advice. Some dark topics will appear in my stories. Do you have any advice for writing dark subjects, disturbed characters and scenarios, while not feeling 'icky' about it? Or is that just a part of it?

After listening to the free books, I began to listen to the Riyria Revelations books. So far I have listened to "The Crown Tower" and now has begun "The Rose and the Thorn". Your storytelling has a bright rhythm with a fresh refrain. Do you listen to music while writing?
