Has village life in Tuscany changed much since you bought your house in Cortona? I'm thinking of whether it has experienced an invasion of foreigners or not and whether that has changed its character.

Yes. There are many, many more visitors coming to our town because of my books. The place, however, is ancient and remains itself, especially off-season.
