How do you find the time to write as well as keep up with social media and blogging?

Meka James I'm pretty bad with keeping up with social media. I have a twitter I haven't logged into in months. I have a Facebook page that I don't update regularly either. It's pretty sad. My blog gets the most updating. Typically if I am in the mood for writing then I have to avoid everything else because I get easily distracted. I try to tell myself to do my writing while my kiddies are at school, but it doesn't always work out that way. My writing 'schedule' is random at best.
