Hi Amy, I'm currently reading an advance copy of Midnight and loving it. I also read Breathless and know that the details were so amazing because of your own climbing experience. Just fascinated to know - did you go on an Antartic cruise as research for this book? The description of the setting and environment is so vivid. I've googled it but cannot find any information or interviews!

Amy McCulloch Hello! Oh my, I am so glad you are enjoying what you’ve read so far. That’s so lovely to hear. And yes, I went on my Antarctic cruise back in March 2016. It was such an incredible experience and I knew even back then that the seeds of a novel had been planted - it was such a wild, inspiring place (and remote and dangerous too).
