Hello Joy! I am enjoying your writing so much. Thank you for sharing your splendid talent. I have spent many hours reading this series. I’m excited for the tv series. Richard Armitage is the perfect Jackman. My question for you is who do you think would make the perfect Marie Evans? Who would you cast for the role? I’m picturing Stana Katic as I read. She is the lead in “Absentia”
Joy Ellis
Hello Daniel, and thank you for such a great message. I'm delighted that you are enjoying the books and glad you agree about Richard playing Jackman. Stana is a great choice for Marie, I could see that working perfectly. Marie was originally based on a younger version of a brilliant Scottish actress called Julie Graham, and I had a particular picture of her that was my perfect vision of Marie. Wish I could post it so you could see it! x

I am currently binging my way through all your books at 3 a week, I will be heartbroken in a few weeks when I will have read them all. So I need a question in here, do you mind writing 3 books a week? lol This is just a shout out how much I love your books and learning about the Fen.

I just wanted to say, I absolutely love your "on the Fens" series. I have devoured all of them in less than a month's time! I started with all of your other books, and loved them as well. I can't wait for the next installment, but also wondered, if the Jackman and Evans series will continue?

Hi Joy! I hope you are keeping well! I know you've said recently that the next Jackman book is at Audible being recorded, but do we have an approximate release date and are we allowed to know the title? I am dying for my next dose of that Armitage talent and your next thrilling story. I'm nearly through the Nikki Galena series and i'm trying to hold off speeding through them in case I run out of your books!
