I love your book Reflections for the Grieving Soul (please look for my 5 star review). It touched me on many levels as my husband and I are coming to the end of his long cancer journey. We've been together 53 years and I'm not sure how to do life without my person. You obviously understand the agony of this time. I read your book as an RDC which has expired. Hello Kathy - I'm so sorry to hear the news of your husband's illness. Right now you are experiencing what the medical folks call "anticipatory grieving," that is, sorrow about coming sorrow. It's awful ... but also provides moments of authentic gratefulness for the person the Lord has given you. It's a true honor to be the one to mark the passing of that kind of love; I'm glad your husband has you to sit beside him in these days. And yes, of course, I'll send you a copy of the book.
