Hello Lois! I have thoroughly enjoyed the adventures of the Vorkosigans. The last book that I read was Gentkeman Joke and the Red Queen. Will you be going back into that serious or have I missed something? Cheers and thank you for hours of pleasurable reading
Lois McMaster Bujold
Glad you have enjoyed my books!
I don't have anything else planned for the Vorkosigan series at this time. If you haven't found them yet, I have two (or three) fantasy series and one fantasy stand-alone still out there to explore: The Sharing Knife (4 books and 1 novella), The World of the Five Gods (3 novels, plus the Penric & Desdemona sub-series of 10 novellas and 1 novel) and the singleton The Spirit Ring.

First, what I hope you'll receive as a compliment: For more than 30 years, ETHAN OF ATHOS has been my go-to comfort read. I've worn out seven copies. I still read it when I need to escape my rage and fear about the world we live in. Second, a question about the story: Was your single-sex world, with its loving, nurturing men all the way through to wild horndawgs, inspired or informed in any way by the Kinsey scale?

Lois McMaster Bujold:
Is the young pilot Artie Mathew (sp?) that Cordelia dupes in Shards of Honor the same as the one Miles "helps" in Warriors Apprentice? Does Miles realize it the same guy his mom conned to get a ride to Escobar? Does Argue recognize Miles as Cordelia's son. If not right away, when does the truth come out? Surely by Miles' wedding?? I know much stays in background but can you clarify this a bit.
