Are the supplemental files for Visual Basic Game Programming With DirectX still available? I found the book, well used and minus the cd, recently and am now interested in VB6 all over again. I still have a laptop with WinXP on it, so I should be OK running DirectX.

That book is 20 years old!
For many years, over a decade, after the demise of Cengage, I hosted the sources for all of those old books but due to the age of these materials, I finally let the website expire.
If you want to set up a public host somewhere, I would be happy to upload the files which I still have, but I'm not hosting them personally any longer.
