Hi Michael :) When did your interest in Greek mythology start? And who is your favourite Greek god?

Michael Ferguson Thanks for this question, Carmen! Wow, it's hard to say. I remember loving tv shows, movies and books about mythology from a very young age! I fell in love with all the magic! But I remember there was one book in the library when I was in around Grade 6/7 that I picked up and it was the first time I had ever read a mythology retelling that had been modernized to a degree and made even more fun and entertaining by actually giving the character voice and bringing them to life in a way I had never experienced before.
I can't say that I have a favourite Greek god. I don't think of having one favourite over another but rather whose stories I enjoy the most and how those stories are told. Hera, Aphrodite, Hades, Dionysis, SO MANY AMAZING stories. But if you want to talk about my favourite characters, I have a soft spot for Cassandra of Troy, Iphigenia of Mycenae and Madea of Colchis.
