Love your idea of their being more than one Santa in "Magic in Mistletoe" . It really doe make it seem more believable. Really enjoyed that story. Where did you come up with this idea?

Janet Koops I'm so sorry -- I didn't see your question until today! I wanted to write a Christmas story, so of course I started thinking a lot about Santa. Kids always ask how he manages to visit every child in one night—and honestly, it’s a fair question! That got me wondering: what if he didn’t do it alone? What if Santa was part of a team—or even a family business—that worked together to spread the magic of Christmas? Once I had that thought, the idea just kept growing from there.
