Loois, do you keep track of loose ends you have left behind from each story as you go? (in a list or spreadsheet or some-such)., so that you can glance over the list at some point and say to yourself, "Oh yes, that fits in well with what I'm wondering about now". Or possibly simply have a sense for unfinished business with certain people or situations that may necessitate re-reading before writing further?

I certainly don't have anything as formal as a spreadsheet (nor would I know how to make one.) I do keep notes, in pencil in a 3-ring binder, where I also do my preliminary outlining as I'm working through story scenes. Mostly my idea-jottings don't go anywhere, even after a couple of pages of further development, but sometimes they do.
If I'm revisiting a character or place in a proposed story, I do reread as needed to refresh my memory.

I'm probably a little late in reading the Chalion series. Your writing style in those books is exactly what I've been looking for. Character development for Cazaril and Ista is wonderful. I want to read all my other fave characters out in the world written with your touch, from your perspective. I like how you see the universe. Any possibility of a new Chalion in the future? P.S. The Bastard is my secret favorite.

I was just recommended Paladin's Grace by T Kingfisher, have read it and really enjoyed it - the romance with the protagonists tripping over their own feet and the baggage from their pasts reminded me of A Civil Campaign. I thought you might enjoy it so came to see if you'd already read it - and found you are already listing almost everything by T Kingfisher - except Paladin's Grace. So, a new one for you?

I just reread all the Five Gods novels and novellas in date order. At the end of the Hallowed Hunt, Prince Jokol sails back home with a young divine. It seemed to me I read the story of what happened when they get back to the south seas, but I cannot find mention of it in your bibliography. Was I dreaming?
