I had received a message from you on November 19, 2014 announcing I had won an autographed copy of The Fifth Knight. I was also interested in an advance digital copy of your next book, The Blood of the Fifth Knight.I responded with my mailing address two separate times but received no response. Would you please advise me of when I could expect delivery?
