Hi Lisa, First I would like to say I love your books. I hope you don't mind me asking this question but. My son is writing his first book I would like to ask you what advice would you give to aspiring writer looking to break into the industry? He mostly does script writing but now is trying to write a book. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thank you and I'm excited to ready your next book coming out.

That scriptwriting experience will be very valuable. We know he can write and will develop good characters and scenes. I advise that he finish the whole book because that gives it a better chance. Make sure it is well edited and clean, then , ask a few trusted people to read it and comment. Meantime, look at his favorite books in that genre and make a short list of the agents and editors/publishers of the books. Then, write a good query letter to the the best looking agent. He probably knows how to do that. If that person says no, hopefully he/she will give some helpful commentary. Query the next best one, etc. Once he gets an agent, the agent will help him proceed from there. Best wishes to your son in this new challenge!

Just finished this book. GREAT read!! Had me laughing, crying and wanting to push Georgia Tann, and a few others, out a window. What a sad, sad situation. What actually happened to Camellia? All I remember is she was taken then rendered non existent. Did she die, or like Gabion..get lost in the shuffle? I know they are fictional characters but I still find myself wanting closure haha.
