I force myself to sit at the typer. Writing is a tough exercise, like weightlifting or doing a cold plunge. I don't want to do it. But these ideas that are floating in my head want to get out. So, I force myself to sit at my Freewrite typer or computer and bang them out. Like Picasso said, you have to work first to be inspired.
