Goodreads asked Traci M. Sanders:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Traci M. Sanders I am the type of writer who never sits down 'to write'. I have to be inspired by something or someone. When I am writing and get to a point of 'writer's block', I will simply put it away until the pieces pop back into my head later. In the meantime, I will try to keep my creativity at the surface by writing something else that I enjoy--such as a poem or a letter to a friend. I feel like if I try to force the story, it won't be my best.
