In many of your books there is a touch of supernatural whether it is in The Law of Moses, Making faces or Infinity+One(I really liked William aka G.O.D. and his messages to Finn and Bonnie) I was wondering if the idea of supernatural comes to you the same way as any other ideas or if it is something you know from your own experience? What I mean to ask you is if you believe in such things or see it only as a fiction.

Monica, You are right. It is something I do in ALL my books, which is why I was so hurt by a few big reviewers insinuating that I was trying to "trick" my readers as a sales strategy by not talking about the spiritual aspect in The Law of Moses in the blurb. I'm not sure what they wanted, but whatever happened to reading a blurb, looking at a cover, and saying "hey, looks interesting." The book is inexpensive, a sample is available, and if it doesn't suit you, you can stop reading and return it for a full refund from Amazon, so how it could possibly be a sales strategy is beyond me. I have a touch of the spiritual in all the stories I write because it is how I feel about life in general. There is so much we don't understand and so much in my own life that I can not explain, that it feels very natural for me to include these special little things in my books. Thank you for reading, and thank you for this message. <3

Hi Amy?! I just wanted to let you know--Making Faces is one of my favorite books! I love everything about it and I especially love the spiritual components you integrated in it, specifically the last two paragraphs of chapter 37. It reminds me of a video called God's Chisel by the Skit Guys. Anyway, your writing is very encouraging--keep writing :)

Just finished reading The Bird and The Sword, and I want to tell that it was truly beautiful, just like your other books. Aside to tell you that I love you so much, I want to ask this little question since I'm feeling curious: I know it was never explicitly implied or anything, but is there some sort of "something" between Shenna & Kjell? I just happened to unintentionally ship them together while reading TBTS :)

Just read What the Wind Knows and love your style and writing. I am interested in my heritage and visited Ireland with my daughters last year so I could relate to the beauty of the country and the people. I look forward to reading more of your novels. Do you have others set in Ireland?
