Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Bret Hurst Like most of the things that I write, I started with a scene in my head that intrigued me. This one would be a spoiler, but it takes place in the middle of the book. From this scene I just started building a world around it, that could logically support it. This world came together nicely - three books worth of world, and the rest is history.
